‘Navv’ means new or fresh. In the Context of women empowerment. ‘Grahini’ is often used as a women who manages the household. So, the combined brand name is Navv Grahini symbolize the new idea of women who embrace new opportunities, It Reflects the concept of women taking charge of their lives, pursuing their aspirations, and contributing to society in various ways.
Our Products
We offer a range of traditional and contemporary ethnic wear including Kurtis in various styles such as A-line, straight, flared, and asymmetrical. Kurti sets are also available with coordinated bottoms. In addition to Kurtis, the company offers ethnic dresses, tunics, andCo-Ord sets. Tunics are similar to kurtis, while Co-Ord sets consist of matching tops and bottoms, including kurtis, pants, trousers, or palazzos.

Frequently Asked Questions
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The Product is exchangeable only in case, if you have received damaged product or wrong product against a proper video on un-boxing of your order as a proof in case of receipt of receipt of wrong or damaged product. We can exchange your order within 15 days of the purchase. We will NOT be able to return your order post 15 days of the purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and the return shipping label is affixed to the package. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
